INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries (Alternatively use mixed berries)
1/2 cup @futurelifeza strawberry Smart Food
1 cup milk of your choice
1 spoonful of peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds.
METHOD:
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass, garnish with fresh raspberries, and enjoy!
