The FUTURETRIBE Loyalty Program allows you to earn FUTUREpoints for certain actions you take on the futurelife.co.za website, or at any of our exclusive FUTURELIFE retail stores. FUTUREpoints can be earned by making purchases, as well as performing certain actions, such as submitting product reviews.

Once you register and create an account you will be able to earn and accrue FUTUREpoints, which are then redeemable at check out towards the cost of your order once you have the minimum number of 1000 FUTUREpoints. These points are an added bonus to your shopping experience and are just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal FUTURELIFE customer.

To register and create an account, click the LOYALTY button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

You will always know how many FUTUREpoints you can earn when you click the FUTURETRIBE Loyalty Rewards button in the bottom
right of your screen. Make sure you are logged in to view your account and balance. You may currently earn FUTUREpoints for the following actions:

• Sign up – when you create a store account you speed up your checkout process and you’ll earn your first points just for signing up. This is limited to once per lifetime.
• Making purchases - every time you make a purchase you will earn FUTUREpoints which will be added to your balance.
• Referring a friend - earn a discount voucher by inviting your friends to sign up and be rewarded when they spend over R400. You will automatically receive a voucher on the email address you signed up with when they spend R400 or more and so will they.
• Product reviews - earn 40 FUTUREpoints for submitting a product review. You may submit a maximum of 5 reviews per month.
• Product offers - from time to time we may allocate a certain number of FUTUREpoints that can be earned when buying a particular product, offer or bundle. Look out for these exclusive FUTUREpoint deals in our newsletter and on our social media feeds to be the first to know when these go live. FUTUREpoints earned on promo are credited on 1st Monday monthly.
• Celebrate a birthday – let us know your birthday and we’ll send you a voucher! Make sure to let us know at least 30 days prior to your birth date, or you’ll have to wait until the following year for your birthday voucher.
• Follow us – hit the like or follow button on our social media accounts and earn FUTUREpoints. This is limited to once per lifetime per social media channel.

You can exchange FUTUREpoints for a discount voucher which can be used at checkout once you have a minimum of 1000 FUTUREpoints. Click on the Ways to redeem tab and follow the instructions to get your voucher.

Enter the discount voucher code at checkout and pay for the balance of your order with your chosen payment method.
