What are the delivery charges for my order?
Delivery charges are flat rated at R50 for any purchase under R400 (after any applicable discount). Outlying Areas will be charged R200 for Shipping. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding the outlying areas. Free shipping applies to all orders above R400.

Who ships my order?
We use a local courier company as well as Pantryclub who are an agent for FUTURELIFE.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be delivered.

How long does it take to ship an order?
We try to ship products as soon as we receive your orders, however, at times your delivery may take some time in which case we keep you informed through mails.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
All orders are usually delivered in 4-5 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for remote locations, from the date of order.

During promotions, we experience high order volumes which could result in a longer lead time.
 
What happens if I have entered the wrong address?
We would request you email us at DirectToConsumerQueries@pepsico.com immediately so that we can fix the issue for you.


How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can follow the track shipping link sent via email once your order os ready to be delivered. Alternatively, you could mail DirectToConsumerQueries@pepsico.com with your order details. We will check and revert to you on your order status.

Please note we are available Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm (except on Public Holidays)

Returns
We accept returns on the following conditions only:
1. Damaged packaging that is sealed
2. Factory faults
3. Product Recalls
