FUTURELIFE® Smart food™ mixes instantly with water or milk and requires no cooking. As a Meal: For every 50 g serving of FUTURELIFE® Smart food™, add approximately 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or milk. Adjust the ratio to obtain your preferred consistency. As a Shake: Mix a 50 g serving of FUTURELIFE® Smart food™ with 150-200 ml of water, milk or yoghurt. Shake well and enjoy at home or on the go! FUTURELIFE® Smart food™ is naturally free from gluten, wheat, tree nuts, and lactose.
