INGREDIENTS:
FUTURELIFE®️ Kids Vanilla Flavour
FUTURELIFE®️ Kids Strawberry Flavour
Low fat strawberry yoghurt
½ cup Blueberries
½ cup Gooseberries
50 g White chocolate, melted
METHOD:
- Spoon a small amount of yoghurt into each popsicle mould, filling them about one-third full.
- Press chunks of FUTURELIFE®️ Kids Vanilla and Strawberry flavour into the yoghurt, distributing them evenly among the moulds (3 moulds per flavour).
- Add a few gooseberries and blueberries to each mould, approximately 4 of each berry.
- Fill the moulds to the top with yoghurt, ensuring it covers all the fruit and the FUTURELIFE®️ Kids.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each compartment, pushing it down as far as possible.
- Place the mould in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the moulds and place them on a plate.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle it over each popsicle, then sprinkle with FUTURELIFE®️ Kids matching the flavours of strawberry and vanilla to the popsicles.
- Serve the popsicles immediately after garnishing.
- Store any leftover popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer.
NOTES:
This recipe works best with bigger ice moulds.
