As a Meal

For every 50g serving of FUTURELIFE® Smart food™ ZERO, add approximately 125ml (½ cup) of water or milk. Adjust the ratio to obtain your preferred consistency.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife, who has the "Zero Shake" every morning (for last couple (10 plus) of years), for breakfast, and she loves it, lives by it. It is an ideal breakfast shake for Gluten-intolerant people. On the odd occasion, when we have the means and opportunity to go away for a few days, we both have this as our breakfast and find that it meets our nutritional needs. We are very happy to be buying this on line since buying it in the shops makes it, for us, nearly unaffordable. Thanks for the on-line option.
