It is high in protein, dietary fibre, energy and omega-3 fatty acids.
It is formulated with MODUCARE®, a daily immune supplement, made from a patented blend of natural plant sterols and sterolins, in a clinically proven ratio of 100:1. MODUCARE® is supplied exclusively to FUTURELIFE® under license from Aspen Pharmacare.

For every 50g serving of FUTURELIFE® Smart food™ ZERO with Oats , add approximately 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or milk. Adjust the ratio to obtain your preferred consistency.

As a Shake:

Mix a 50g serving of FUTURELIFE® Smart food™ ZERO with Oats with 150-200ml of water, milk or yoghurt. Shake well and enjoy at home or on the go!

Smart Food Zero with Oats

Nice ! The texture is a little different to the normal Smart Food (obviously) but once you get used to it, it's really nice. Love the lower sugar content. Flavour is also subtle and not overbearing.

Smart food Zero spikes glucose reading

I thought I would try the Oats - Apple Berry and see if it was less harsh on blood sugar. I really love the flavor however it still spikes blood sugar.

But...the website shows that if you buy 2x 500ml Zero Sugar Smart Food box, you receive a free Shaker tumbler. I bought 3. When I queried this, I got advised, it's only for the original flavour. That's not what the website says...if you select any of the 3 flavours on the page, it's shows the same message ; "add one more and get a free shaker". It does not specify a flavour linked to the promotion.
