½ cup Vanilla FUTURELIFE ® High Protein Smart Food ™
1 cup Peanut butter
⅔ cup Brown sugar substitute
1 Large egg
¼ cup Coconut flour
¼ cup Chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line a cookie sheet or baking tray with wax paper and set aside..
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Use your hands to form 12 cookie dough balls and place them on the lined sheet.
- Press down on each dough ball with a fork to shape into cookies.
- Bake the cookies at 180°C for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
- Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Serve and enjoy!
