INGREDIENTS
- 50g FUTURELIFE® Smart Oats® and Ancient Grains (Honey flavour)
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup unsweetened plain yogurt
- ¼ cup raisins (optional)
- 1 Banana, mashed
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbls chopped nuts (any nuts)
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together and place in an airtight container for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Optionally, add a cut banana, a pinch of cinnamon and some chopped nuts on top just before serving.
- Enjoy!
