INGREDIENTS

• 50g Chocolate FUTURELIFE® GRANOLA CRUNCH
• 250 ml Ice Cream
• 250 ml Milk 
• 50 g Chocolate FUTURELIFE® High Protein Bar 
• 1 teaspoon of Peanut Butter

METHOD

1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 90 seconds.
