2 cups FUTURELIFE® Smart Instant Oats with Ancient Grains Original Flavour 

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Fresh ginger

¼ tsp Salt

1 ¾ cups Almond milk

2 Eggs

⅓ cup Pure maple syrup

2 tsp Pure vanilla extract

¾ cup Carrots, shredded

½ cup Raisins

½ cup Chopped pecans 

To serve: Creme Fraiche and raspberry sauce



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, then grease a deep tart pan or a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and salt.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together the almond milk, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Add carrots and half of both the raisins and pecans to the dry mix and mix well. 
  5. Then add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and even out using the back of your wooden spoon, or spatula, then sprinkle the rest of the raisins and pecans on top. 
  7. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes, until lightly golden brown or a toothpick comes out clean. 
  8. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with a spoon of crème fraîche and a drizzle of raspberry sauce.
