IT IS IMPORTANT TO USE ONLY PREVIOUSLY BOILED AND COOLED WATER FOR THE PURPOSE OF SAFE PREPARATION. DO NOT ADD SALT OR SUGAR.

  1. Wash your hands before preparing toddler food and ensure all utensils are clean.
  2. Measure approximately 1/2cup (120ml) of previously boiled, cooled water or milk and pour into bowl.
  3. Add 5 tablespoons (50g) of cereal into the bowl.
  4. Stir until smooth and feed your toddler with a clean spoon.
  5. Do not keep unfinished portion

Im not going to lie when i say i sneak a few bites of what is left in my girls' bowls after breakfast. Its rare, but i sometimes make a little too much. Accidently on purpose. Delicious and i know they are getting in all the goodness that they need. Best choice by far.
