FUTURELIFE® WIN 1 OF 100 INSULATED FLASKS

1. The company responsible for this competition is FUTURELIFE®.
2. The competition is open to all legal residents of South Africa, aged 18 years or over, except
employees of FUTURELIFE® and their immediate families and anyone otherwise connected
with FUTURELIFE® and/or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the rules
of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The competition is being run/hosted on the official FUTURELIFE® website, futurelife.co.za.
5. The competition will run while stocks last. All verified entries will be entered into a software
programme and chosen at random.
6. 1x 100 Insulated Flasks will be given away at the end of the competition.
7. Entrants must purchase for R500 or more online from futurelife.co.za. Each order over R500 will
qualify as a separate entry.
8. The company/promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms
and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act
of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event
outside of the promoter’s control.
9. Any changes to the competition will be posted on the official FUTURELIFE® website as soon as
possible by the promoter.
10. The company/promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by
any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prizes includes 1 of 100 Insulated Flasks valued at R139.99 each.
12. No cash or other alternative prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
13. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of
equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The winners will be contacted via the email address supplied when placing their order at
futurelife.co.za. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of
notification, the company/promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and
draw a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered -
delivery to winners is included in the prize.
16. The company/promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by South African law and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
