Crush, mix & sip

I have the double Belgian chocolate flavour & it's amazing. Do struggle to open the pack. Drinking spout needs to be more user friendly. Thought about getting these for my elderly Mum, but she would also struggle to twist that cap on drinking spout. All in all a great shake if you can get it open to enjoy it unfortunately.

Absolutely loving it, just the right amount of quantity as stomach doesn't feel too heavy after having it. Easy to carry along on run or cycle. Easy to make by just pressing the water content. Just very handy as it gives quick refuel to body after long workout and one doesn't have to wait to get to the car or home before they can get protein into the body for quick recovery
