Excellent On The Run Snack

I have replaced chocolates in my jar to the future life high protein bars. I cut them in halves and/or quarters and fill my jar. It is much more nutritious.

I use Future life products as part of my daily diet - as a very active 62 year old cyclist and weight trainer I spend 10hours a week and 5 hours/ week in the gym. I kept my body fat around 10% year round and for all of this I have to keep my protein intake around 200g a day - Future life is a must for me to accomplice a healthy life style

The taste grew on me and has become a favourite!

Initially I was not too keen on this flavour of high protein bar but there have been some subtle improvements which when combined with all the health benefits make this snack a daily necessity!
