9days local delivery delays

I’m a happy client and love the futurelife products, but I don’t think i will ever buy online if a local order can take 9days to be delivered.

When I called trying to speak to online sales team, I was told they had left even though it was before 16:00 and the lady who answered the call was dismissive.

I hope you improve on this, poor customer service also if you have to change your courier company better be it..as customers cannot be inconvenienced by their lack of accountability.
