Berry Crumble Breakfast

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 tsp lemon juice


FOR THE CRUMBLE:

1 cup FUTURELIFE® Smart Instant Oats Classic

⅓ cup FUTURELIFE High Protein Smart food™

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 heaped tsp peanut butter

1 tsp milk

 

METHOD:

1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the frozen berries and lemon juice, then microwave for 2 minutes.

2. In a separate bowl, combine all the crumble ingredients and mix well, then sprinkle the mixture on top of the berries and microwave for another 2 minutes.

3. Top with yoghurt, sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar (optional).
