High Protein Oat Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup FUTURELIFE® Smart Instant Oats Classic

1 cup of warm milk 

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 scoop FUTURELIFE® High Protein Smart food™

Sliced bananas

Strawberries

FUTURELIFE® Granola Crunch

Shredded coconut 

Melted peanut butter

 

METHOD:

1. Add 1/2 cup FUTURELIFE® Smart Instant Oats Classic to a bowl.

2. Add 1 cup of warm milk and mix well.

3. Set aside for 1 minute, then add 1 teaspoon chia seeds and mix.

4. Add 1 scoop FUTURELIFE® High Protein Smart food™ for extra protein, then mix to combine - add milk if needed.

5. Top with sliced bananas and strawberries, then sprinkle with granola and shredded coconut and a drizzle with melted peanut butter.
