High Protein Blended Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

 3 tsp chia seeds

1 cup milk

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp cocoa powder

60 ml FUTURELIFE® High Protein Smart food™

 

TOPPINGS:

Plain yogurt

Berries

1 Biscoff biscuit

Cinnamon sugar

 

METHOD:

1. In a glass, mix 3 tsp chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup and milk.

2. Leave to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

3. Add to a blender with FUTURELIFE® High Protein Smart food™ and blend until smooth.

4. Pour into a glass and top with plain yogurt, berries, Biscoff biscuit and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

5. Enjoy!
