Banana Split

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana

¼ tsp sugar

¼ tsp cinnamon

 

TOPPINGS:

Yoghurt

FUTURELIFE® Bran Flakes With Barley

Nuts

 

METHOD:

1. Preheat airfryer to 180°C

2. Cut the banana lengthwise and cover the inside of the banana with cinnamon and sugar. Air Fry for 8 mins until sugar caramelizes and banana is soft. Top with your favourite breakfast toppings and enjoy while the banana is still warm.

3. For a dessert option layer yoghurt, coconut flakes and some chocolate chips!
