Banana Split
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Toppings:
Yoghurt
FUTURELIFE® Bran Flakes With Barley
Nuts
Method:
Preheat airfryer to 180°C
Cut the banana lengthwise and cover the inside of the banana with cinnamon and sugar. Air Fry for 8 mins until sugar caramelizes and banana is soft. Top with your favourite breakfast toppings and enjoy while the banana is still warm.
For a desert option layer yoghurt, coconut flakes and some chocolate chips!
