INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup Water or Almond milk
50 g FUTURELIFE®️ HIGH PROTEIN Smart food
1.5 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 TBSP Cocoa powder (optional if making chocolate pudding)
1 TBSP Sugar-free Chocolate Chips (optional)
Handful Blueberries (or other fruit)
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or magic bullet, making sure to add the liquid first, then blend for 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Top with blueberries (or other fruit)
