INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Plain yogurt

4 Nectarines, sliced into wedges

1 cup Blueberries

¼ cup Coconut shavings

2 - 3 tsp Honey, for drizzling
METHOD:

Place the coconut shavings in a dry skillet over medium heat and toast for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown, then remove from heat and set aside.

Spoon the plain yogurt evenly into 2 bowls.

Sprinkle the FUTURELIFE® Granola Crunch Zero over the yogurt.

Arrange nectarine wedges in each bowl, then scatter the blueberries on top.

Add the toasted coconut shavings evenly over the fruit and granola.

Drizzle with honey for a touch of sweetness.
