INGREDIENTS:
Grated carrots
FUTURELIFE® Smart Instant Oats
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp mixed seeds
½ cup milk of choice
METHOD:
In a glass jar, add all the ingredients, mix well, seal tightly, and keep in the fridge overnight.
When ready to eat, top with plain yoghurt, crushed walnuts and grated carrots.
