INGREDIENTS:

2 Bananas, mashed

2 Eggs

1½ cups FUTURELIFE® Instant Oats Classic, blended

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Cinnamon
-
2 tsp Honey
-
⅓ cup Plain yoghurt

4 Dates, chopped
TOPPINGS:
-
Plain yoghurt
-
Melted chocolate peanut butter spread
-
Fresh strawberries (optional)
METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mash the bananas, whisk in eggs and then stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden.

Slice and serve with yoghurt, a drizzle of chocolate peanut butter and fresh strawberries.
