Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

DIRECTIONS:

1 cup water
1 cup of frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries or mixed berries)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cranberry juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 handful of ice cubes
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (high source of fibre & omega 3)
¼ teaspoon Stevia powder or sweetener to taste
50g (5 heaped tablespoons) of Strawberry or Banana flavour FUTURELIFE® High Energy Smart Food™

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend together on full power until smooth. Serve and
enjoy.
