A Little Goes a Long Way

For those mornings that you just do not have enough FUTURELIFE® Smart Food™ to make up one serving. What to add to stretch you FUTURELIFE® Smart Food™ until you can get to the shops again and do not have to go to work hungry.

Choose one of the following proteins (1 tablespoon):

  • Nuts: walnuts, almonds, mixed nuts
  • Seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, linseed,
  • Peanut butter or any nut butter

Choose two of the following carbohydrates (1 tablespoon):

  • Oats
  • Honey
  • Fresh banana or apple slices or berries
  • FUTURELIFE® Smart Oats® or Smart Fibre™ 2in1 or Crunch Smart Food™
  • Dried raisins or any berries
  • Apple sauce or berry coulis

Choose one of the following liquids (1/2 a cup):

  • Fresh milk
  • Plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • Water
  • Coconut or almond milk
  • Coconut water
