I am writing this on behalf of my wife, who has the "Zero Shake" every morning (for last couple (10 plus) of years), for breakfast, and she loves it, lives by it. It is an ideal breakfast shake for Gluten-intolerant people. On the odd occasion, when we have the means and opportunity to go away for a few days, we both have this as our breakfast and find that it meets our nutritional needs.
