A very good supplement though you may want to add more water since the shake can get quite thick and invest in a good shaker so that everything dissolves adequately.

Excellent product!!! Very good for recovery as well with great taste, i tested this product for a full week running 20K's daily training and still go to work with ease without any fatigue or any muscle pains...
