Best Protein Bars - they are my go to on a daily basis. Very good calorie & macronutrient ratio & don’t have all the scary ingredients found in the majority of other protein bars.

My go to Pre-Run Breakfast! I absolutely love the Smart Instant Oats with Ancient Grains! It keeps me full for hours, yet feels light on the stomach. As an ultra-marathon runner, it works perfectly for me, I have it before my morning run, and I never feel heavy. It gives me lasting energy and keeps me satisfied for a long time. Top stuff - Futurelife® makes the best cereals and the high protein vanilla is delicious & you can have it at any time of the day, not just breakfast. I also used it when making smoothies and they taste terrific.

These are very nice and convenient for me as I can either eat this before or after a park run or run.

LOVE IT!  All the flavours are good, but the peanut butter is the BEST!
